    AI-powered European regulatory monitoring platform spun out from OC Solutions (announced 21 May 2026). First spin-out in Osborne Clarke's history. Germany-based. Uses AI agents to monitor 200+ EU and international regulatory sources daily, delivering only business-relevant updates tailored to each client. Incorporated as an independent company; OC holds majority stake. ~30 corporate compliance clients at launch. Co-founders Alexander Lilienbeck (CEO, lawyer/software developer, JUVE 2025 Top 10 Legal Tech Rising Star) and Christian Braun (CTO, prior two AI start-ups), with Gereon Abendroth (OC Partner, Chair of OC's global AI Management Board) as Chairman.

What is happening
  • ·Wright: continuous testing is 'table stakes.' Build/buy decisions case-by-case based on what the task demands.
  • ·Models developed over the past decade now being standardised throughout the firm and pressed deeper into practice groups.
  • ·Trials with agent-based systems underway. Asked regulators and insurers how those systems could be supervised and risk managed.
  • ·Wright suggests OC Solutions may stop being a separate unit by next year's Innovation Map.
  • ·21 May 2026: Justima spun out as independent company - first spin-out in OC's history. OC holds majority stake. SaaS product (not legal services). Targets corporate compliance teams needing automated EU regulatory change monitoring.
