  • ·Henchman AI-assisted contract drafting partnership (2023). Note: Henchman since acquired by LexisNexis (now Lexis Create+).
  • ·Central team of 16 (knowledge management, innovation managers, process improvement, legal engineers) supported by ~100 fee-earner champions. Plans to grow team in 2026.
  • ·'Buy and configure' approach. Legal engineers develop workflows and playbooks in Legora ('configuration, not hard coding').
  • ·Experimenting with Copilot Studio agent builder and vibe-coding tool Bitrig for prototyping.
